Job Description

  • 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field
  • First-hand experience in Facebook Ads Manager platform and or Native platforms, Taboola
  • Proficiency in end-to-end campaign management (From forecasting to executing, monitoring, evaluating, and optimizing campaign performance to generate maximum leads)
  • Competency in researching and analyzing competitor advertising links and strategizing the best plan ahead for the business
  • Hands-on experience in optimizing the ad copy, landing pages for the best lead quality
  • Expertise in optimizing the campaigns regularly for improving the performance
  • Ability to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Extensive experience in SEM, PPC campaigns across Google, well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Sound knowledge of all the latest digital marketing tactics and strategies

Candidate Profile Essential:

  •  A self-starter and results-oriented, with an ability to be detail oriented without losing track of the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate complexity into creative, intuitive campaigns
  • Experience in handling annual performance advertising budgets of upwards of INR 20 L a month is a must
  • Expert understanding of leading mobile & web analytics tools, marketing automation software & advertising technology in general
  •  At least 2 years professional experience in managing performance campaigns
  •  Excellent analytical, organizational, project management, and time management skills
